ETCP Luzon believes that:
The Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are inerrantly inspired and the final authority for faith and life.
God is one but exists eternally in three persons namely: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ is the true God and true man, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, died for the sins of mankind, bodily rose from the dead, now in the right hand of God as our High Priest and Advocate.
The ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus, convict men, regenerate the believing sinner, indwell, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for godly life and service.
Man was created in the image of God but fell into sin, so lost and only by new birth from the Spirit can salvation and spiritual life be obtained.
The shed blood of Jesus and His resurrection is the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believe, only those who receive Jesus as Savior and Lord are born of the Spirit and children of God.
Water baptism and the Lord’s Supper are the only ordinances to be observed today. They are not means for salvation.
The true Church is composed of true believers only, those who had received new life.
Only those who are members of the true Church shall be eligible for membership in the local church.
Jesus Christ is the Lord and Head of the Church and every local church has the right under Christ to govern its own affairs.
The second coming of Jesus is imminent and pre-millennial and has a vital bearing on the personal life and service of the believer.
The dead shall be resurrected, the believers to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord, the unbelievers to judgment and everlasting conscious punishment.
