ETCP Luzon holds five non-negotiable values that govern its day-to-day operations. These are as follows: 

1. Excellence – We embrace our responsibility to achieve the maximum potential of what God has given to each member of the ETCP Luzon family. We repudiate the culture of mediocrity and set our whole being in giving our best to all we do, think, and say. 

2. Honor – We wholeheartedly commit ourselves to integrity and purity. We resist the lifestyle of empty words and wanton living so making us strive to fulfill our promises and protect our godly character. 

3. Service – We zealously dedicate ourselves to meeting the needs of others. We renounce the attitude of unconcern and selfishness. We strive constantly to emulate the One who `came not to be served but to serve and to give His life as a ransom to many.’ 

4. Life – We intensely pursue a life in its entirety. We resist passivity, sickness, and death. Our whole being puts a premium on health and vibrancy in all aspects of living. 

5. Stewardship – We put to maximum use all that is entrusted to us. We strongly oppose unaccountability and wastefulness. We are aware of and gladly expect the days when we will give an account of everything given to our care. 

6. Obedience – We measure love not by words and mere feelings but by heeding the will of God and those He appointed as authorities over us. We firmly negate any form and manifestation of rebellion. Ultimately, we follow the model of our Lord Jesus who declared, “Not my will but Yours be done. He obeyed His Father even to death.
