3. ADMISSION ONLINE EXAMINATION
The examination will be conducted online.
4. SCHEDULE FOR INTERVIEW
You will receive an email with your interview schedule.
An acceptance letter will be sent to you thru email as an indication that you passed the interview.

Download and fill out the fillable Registration Form and send it to an email; registrar-office@etcpluzon.edu.ph

An email will be sent to you enclosing the assessed course loading and the amount (tuition & other fees) you need to pay.

Form 138 (Senior High School Rating Card)
Honorable Dismissal from Last School Attended (for Transferees only)
One (1) Recent 2” X 2” I.D. Picture
Original PSA (NSO) Birth Certificate
